Words Are My Craft

I have spent more than twenty years turning feelings into language that lands. Poetry started as something personal and grew into the work I do every day, from a written page to a live microphone. Along the way, I built a body of high-quality storytelling through podcasts, and that same care shows up in every piece I put my name on.

When a client comes to me, the goal is simple. I want the finished work to sound like them and reach the people they are trying to touch. My poetry writing leans toward inspirational verse that gives readers something to hold onto. Through poetry coaching, I help writers loosen up with free verse coaching so their voice comes through without stiff rules getting in the way. For those who want a full narrative, my creative writing focuses on story writing that has a real beginning, middle, and end.

Some projects call for something made just for one person, and that is where personalized poems come in through my poetry studio. Other times, a client needs the words spoken aloud, so I offer spoken word writing and storytelling performance that fills a room. When a speaker needs a script, my speech writing shapes remarks that keep an audience leaning forward. I keep my pricing competitive so working with me stays realistic for individuals, families, and small events.

I travel to my clients rather than asking anyone to come to me, and I cover a wide stretch of the region from Bradford out to Smethport, Kane, Coudersport, Buffalo, and beyond. My usual hours run 8 AM to 5 PM, though I am glad to set a specific time when that works better for you.
